Job PurposeThe Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT's graduate programme which will provide a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference as engineering leaders.Your journey begins with a one-month foundation programme, followed by structured development, specialised training and varied opportunities leading to professional accreditation.
