Key Responsibilities
Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel. Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by Communicate and collaborate with other department managers and suppliers Support sales team in handling customer product design request

Min Diploma or bachelor's degree in the electronics engineering field More than 5 years of relevant work experience Expert-level knowledge of inductors, transformers, and wireless charging coils. Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms and Engineering Simulation Software
