Engineering Manager (Digital Signage, Display Systems and IT)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hour: 9:00am -6:00pm

Working Location: Ubi, Singapore

Salary: $5,000 -$7,000

Our company is a leading digital signage and videowall system integrator that provides customized solutions for clients in various industries. Web design, engineer, install, and maintain state-of-the-art interactive way-finders, digital signage, and videowall systems to enhance our clients\' communication and brand visibility.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Installation Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot new and completed systems. The Maintenance and Installation Engineer will work closely with project managers, sales team, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure successful installation and maintenance of systems.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot digital signage and videowall systems.
• Work closely with project managers, sales team, and clients to ensure successful installation and maintenance of systems.
• Perform on-site maintenance of completed jobs, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and recover system failures, including hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and resolve technical issues.
• Continuously improve maintenance and troubleshooting processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Job Qualification:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital signage and videowall systems installation and maintenance
• Proven track record of working in installation and maintenance roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital signage and videowall systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for digital signage and videowall systems
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software
• Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
