Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of engineering management, design conceptualisation, and technical support to the projects and tenders.
- Responsible for product design and development and customised solution of tank farms, plant engineering, building infrastructure
- Achieves operational objectives by managing engineering resources, developing inhouse capabilities, resolving technical problems
- Ensure design meet relevant codes, compliance requirements and effective engineering practices
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an engineering budget;
- Conduct the weekly engineering meeting to consolidate and track progress with the engineering team
- Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting;
- Track engineering performance and present in company BBS Monthly Review
- At least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
