The Engineering Manager's responsibles are: Supervise a team of Project Managers / Engineers when new projects are introduced into the company Liaise with automation projects to improve production efficiency and reduce manual labour Corporate with Management and relevant department to evaluate project specification Analyse projects in terms of feasibility, risk and challenges Handle and supervise automation projects to improve productivity Handle and plan for Project expenses to ensure costs are within set budget Develop and execute Programs to build and develop Engineering strength Liaise with training to engineering department and production staffs in relevant topics that can enhance their capabilities and knowledge Requirement At least 8 years of relevant experience in Molding industry Minimum diploma in any discipline Familiar with technology for plant development Knowledge in Automation design and concept will be a bonus Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
