Job Title: Engineering Manager, Project ManagementIndustry: Manufacturing / ProductionSalary: SGD 6000 - 7000Location: South East, SingaporeAbout Company: Our client was established in the year 1995 and they are specialized in automation systems and equipment. The company line of business includes manufacturing metal cutting machine tools.: - Lead various projects across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed and completed according to schedule and budget- Responsible in building project budgets & overseeing the successful execution of projects throughout the year- Conceptualize, design & develop Automation Equipment in Cleanroom or Factory; typically from concept to completion with design changes during the manufacturing stage with a team of members- Demonstrates mature judgment in anticipating & solving both routine & unusual operations problems, determining operational objectives & requirements, organizing programs & projects & developing standards & guides for diverse engineering activities- Exhibit a level of creativity, ingenuity & problem solving skills to provide reliable, cost-effective solutions to design issues & attend to Customers??? enquiries- Ability in managing the creation & execution of continuous improvement projects to enhance the reliability and lower the cost of existing platform systems- Plan & execute strategies for completing projects on time & also managing the projects??? budget- Supervise the work of multiple teams & determine the need for training & talent development to build effective team members- Liaise, lead, manage, guide & provide clear & concise instructions to external contractors & various teams when needed- Check & advise team???s work for technical accuracy to meet Customer???s requirements- Coordinate work with other managers and staff- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by ManagementJob Requirements: - Possess a Mechanical Engineering Degree with preferably 5 years of Project Management experience - Possess proven work experience of 1-3 years of supervisory role or as a similar role - Proficiency in Mechanical Design Software in 2D & 3D aspect, Solid Works & Auto CAD - Good knowledge of design control requirements for IEC, UL, ISO9000 and SOP39- Ability to prepare and understand detailed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and layout drawings using Solidworks Mechanical and AutoCad - Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized; able to work under tremendous stress environment - Possess good analytical skills and detail-oriented ability to spot errors, evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems - Have good communication skills for overseeing staff and working closely across all levelsInterested applicants are invited to submit their resume via clicking the apply button.JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd.(EA License No.: 17C8920)Hidetaka Yata (Registration No.: R1216038)
