Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop

the engineering team to meet both design and project requirements, ensuring technical integrity, safety, and quality Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of

complex engineering projects

, including the preparation of specifications, detailed technical drawings, and documentation Supervise engineers and technical assistants in performing detailed

design, analysis, and inter-discipline coordination

Ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and regulatory standards Support R&D, value engineering, and product innovation initiatives Liaise with manufacturing, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure

design-to-production alignment

Troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues during the design, fabrication, or commissioning stages

Requirements

Candidates with experience in

hydraulic systems

,

offshore equipment

, or

customized machinery

manufacturing are preferred Strong technical foundation across

multiple engineering disciplines

Proven ability to analyze complex problems, recommend practical solutions, and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills
