Lead and manage a multi-discipline engineering team (Process, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Instrumentation & Control, etc.)
Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet project scope, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
Coordinate engineering activities with procurement, project management, construction, and commissioning teams.
Manage design reviews, technical validations, and inter-discipline coordination.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications (e.g., IEC, ASME, API, BS, etc.)
Provide engineering leadership during project execution, including technical resolution of site issues.
Interface with clients, vendors, authorities, and third-party agencies for engineering matters.
Support proposal and estimation efforts during project bidding stages.
Develop and implement engineering workflows, quality assurance procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
Mentor and develop engineers to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field); Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams in complex projects (EPC, industrial, power, infrastructure, etc.)
Strong understanding of engineering standards, project lifecycle, and document control practices.
Proficient in engineering tools and platforms (AutoCAD, STAAD, ETAP, EPLAN, Revit, etc. as applicable)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
