Role Overview
We are looking for someone with at least
18 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
in the construction industry. Experience in thesemiconductor sector
will be a big advantage. This role will focus on leading the team, driving engineering quality, and supporting projects from design to tender.What You Will Do
Lead and guide the engineering department. Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of design engineers. Introduce and apply tools like Building Information Modelling (BIM) to improve designs. Work with commercial and tender teams to provide technical support and value engineering. Oversee engineering design for tenders and projects, including cleanroom systems, process utilities, and HT & LV electrical systems.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. At least 18 years of experience in MEP engineering. Strong background in semiconductor projects (e.g. with Silterra, Infineon, or STMicroelectronics) preferred. Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams. * Good knowledge of BIM and modern engineering tools.
