3. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance engineering processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality in processes and manufacturing.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant biomedical industry regulations and quality standards, such as ISO 13485.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality assurance, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
6. Technology Evaluation: Assess and implement new engineering technologies and tools that could enhance product capabilities or operational efficiency.
7. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed within financial constraints.
