Engineering Manager

Manage and support a large engineering team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and set up for success. Partner with tech leads and architects who own technical direction, while you focus on people development, performance management, and delivery. Coordinate project management across engineering pods, working with shared PM resources to ensure alignment and timely execution. Foster a collaborative environment where engineers can do their best work, with trust, communication, and psychological safety at the core. Guide career development, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities for engineers. Monitor workload balance, team health, and productivity to keep the organization running smoothly at scale. * Proactively remove blockers and drive operational excellence across teams.
