And if thatxe2x80x99s you we would love to have you join us!Rockwell Automation is looking for an experienced and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic and software development team.As a Software Manager, you will help drive the delivery of high-quality software products, managing a team of experienced developers, working as part of a global product development team, and contributing to the success of our organization.You have a track record in software product development and the ability to balance with strategic goals.Your Responsibilities:

• You will Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and work environment.
• You will Provide guidance to team members, ensuring their professional growth; develop a world-class software team through competency development and performance management.
• We will Oversee the delivery of software projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
• You will Collaborate with teams to define project requirements, scope, and goals. Manage and allocate resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
• You will Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable software products.
• We will Guide and progress within the software development team. Assess and address skill gaps within the team through training and recruitment.
• You will Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to improve software development processes.
• You will Collaborate with partners, including product managers, to define technology roadmap and ensure understanding of our goals.
• We will provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones to senior management.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• You will graduate from Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have Technical background with expertise in developing cross-platform (Windows and Linux) software products with software/firmware interfaces.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience in software development, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• And interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Project management.
• You will communicate with your team reporting to you.
