Engineering Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering team.
Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells using simulation tools.
Oversee equipment maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
Coordinate with design and production teams during product launches.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Manage operational budgets and control expenses.
Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and trends.
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure product quality and specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
1-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CAD tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
