Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of offshore and industrial hydraulic solutions. They are looking for a Engineering Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the engineering team
to deliver high-quality designs, maintain product performance, and adopt new technologies.Plan and manage complex engineering projects
, including technical specifications, detailed plans, and interfacing work.Oversee product quality and documentation
, ensuring compliance with company standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and approval of engineering drawings.Drive continuous improvement
by identifying design shortcomings, resolving hydraulic product quality issues, and recommending enhancements.Manage departmental resources and coordination
, including budget, manpower, tools, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with production, projects, procurement, and applications.Requirements:
Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronic or related fields Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering management working directly with project engineering teams dealing with hydraulic parts for offshore equipment and services Possess strong leadership skills in managing team of engineers and assistants in performing daily engineering tasks is mandatory.
