Engineering Managers (MNC Co.) [CEN]
:
- Work closely with the product department on business requirements.
- Research and develop designs and products / systems.
- Constantly review and manage overall processes (determine if there is need for training and talent development, hiring of contractors and building teams etc)
- Ensure products have management approval and support
- Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
- Lead R&D projects to produce new designs, products, and processes.
- Check for technical accuracies and coordinate work within organisation
- Automation and code reviews
- Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
- Min. 10 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills for evaluation and complex problem solving
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task and with good time management
- Experience in solutioning or past experience as solution architect.
- Extensive knowledge technologies for best utilisation and application for the products or systems.
