JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan scheduled maintenance activities to ensure the efficient utilization of the utilities, facilities and equipments
• Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance work ensuring operational safety, timely and cost-effective performance
• Ensure the proper maintenance of all facilities including troubleshoot & repair activities
• Performs other job related duties as assigned

• Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other related course
• Mall Management- Knowledgeable in all facets of mall operations With proven track record in handling building/facilities management
• Technical knowledge – Must be knowledgeable in building/facilities management And Engineering maintenance services, maintenance and planning supervision
• Competencies – Building and tenant management
• Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
• Prerequisite – Available to work when needed including weekends, holidays and
• Must be willing to do fieldwork
• License Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is required At least 2+ years of working experience in the same field
• Preferably 2 years specializing in handling Mall/Building facilities management in a Supervisory capacity
• Excellent communication both written and oral skills
• Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional Manner
• Well Developed leadership and decision making skills
• Reports and Presentation management
• People Management and Highly Organized
• Highly proficient in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT) and other
• Engineering application tools
• Knowledgeable in the maintenance of chillers, cooling towers FCU & AHU, HVAC,
• Gen sets, transformers and other related facilities
• English and Filipino
