The Opportunity

Stakeholders management

The Talent

Minimally Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or any other related discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in direct experience in commodity or supply chain management

Good to be CPM or APIC certified

Has experience in contract writing and negotiation

Has good knowledge in manufacturing processes

Able to Manage cost efficiently

Able to read and interpret blueprints

The Job

Develop, negotiate, and manage commodity cost reduction plans

Qualify suppliers in support of overall global commodity strategy

Identify potential supply capacity issues and develop supply growth and risk mitigation strategies

Manage stakeholders\' escalation for supply gaps closure

Lead contract negotiations on high impact parts or commodities with key suppliers

Lead global supplier development programs

Supplier relationship management

Support new product transfer, and act as primary liaison with Engineering team

Manage key supplier performance

Lead key supplier quarterly business reviews
