  • Responsible for rolling out PMO (Project Management Office) tools for project management.
  • Lead and own the automation roadmap for current manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with sister facilities on automation alignment and sharing of roadmap for process alignment.
  • Plans, directs, and implements all aspects of the company\'s design and development of software systems.
  • May develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems or reliability systems and standards pertaining to materials and techniques.
  • Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies.
  • Guides the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, and processes.
  • Directs the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.
  • Manages feasibility studies of the design to determine if capable of functioning as intended.
  • Monitors documentation maintenance throughout all phases of research and development.
  • Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Your profile:
  • Must have experience in planning for site strategy for automation
  • Must have experience within the manufacturing field
  • Established project manager with solid experience in timeline management; certification a plus but not required
  • Come from a mechanical/technical background
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with PMO (Project Management Office) would be an advantage
  • Experience with medical devices is a plus
