Only Singaporean / Resident and able to handle English and Chinese written documents preferred.

• Industry : Metal/ Steel Fabrication Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction related
• Work Location : Woodlands
• 5 Days week - Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6.15pm
• Salary : $ 2800 to $3200 (depend on experience)

Requirements:

• Applicant must be currently reside in Singapore
• Nitec in Engineering / GCE N/O level with engineering & ISO knowledge
• Must able to handle both English & Chinese written documents & correspondence as well as communication in both languages to respective language spoken supplier / vendors.
• 2-3 years procurement / purchasing / material planner working experience in Engineering or Construction Procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, words & PowerPoint
• Possess excellence time management and must have excellent recall ability.
• Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment .
• Must be well organized and communicate well

Responsibilities :

• Liaising with suppliers and vendors,
• Handling purchasing orders, tracking outstanding purchase orders
• Managing inbound and outbound documents,
• Maintaining supplier relationships
• Handling credit notes,
• Managing goods administration, and overseeing paperwork related to purchasing tasks.
• Maintain ISO Supplier System and Yearly Supplier Reviews reports in order to identify Top Tier Suppliers and Vendors every half a year
• Handle all paper work related to Purchasing or tasks given by HOD
