What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Manage pipelines for critical roles in engineering, operations, and leadership.
Ensure recruitment workflows and compliance standards are 100% accurate.
Able to deliver fast turnarounds.
Provide weekly updates and monthly reports to stakeholders.
Champion a great candidate experience and strengthen employer brand.
