Primary Objectives of this Job In this role, the Engineering Services Intern will partner with various key stakeholders in the Takeda organization to perform sitewide Engineering Services responsibilities.
Responsibilities o Participates in commissioning and qualification activities related to Computer System Validation, Equipment Qualification, Temperature Controlled Objects (Freezers, Incubator etc), Clean Utilities Validation, cleaning validation, SIP validation and shipping validation in accordance with Takeda's internal procedures and industry standards. o Participates in the creation of equipment lifecycle documentations, e.g. FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and reports, risk assessments, technical specifications. o Participates in investigation revolving around discrepancies identified during qualification activities, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams o Involved in the coordination of the commissioning and qualification activities of validation lifecycle documents o Coordinates and lead continuous improvement projects o Executes validation maintenance activities, e.g. executes periodic reviews, coordinate periodic monitoring activities and perform periodic requalification o Participates in validation meetings with cross functional teams in resolving validation issues. o Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements. o Commitment to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behavior in accordance with Takeda's Code of Conduct. o Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements (Include educational requirements or equivalency, required years and type(s) or experience, and necessary licenses or certificates. Specify which are required and which are preferred.) o Education background in Biotechnology biological/ pharmaceutical sciences or engineering sciences. o Keen interest to work in a biopharmaceutical industry
