Job Description

The Specialist will work through tasks for specific product line scope in the form of job cards. Tasks include cleaning, disassembly, servicing, greasing, assembly and function testing, of mechanical and electrical systems on a marine craft. This includes diesel engines hydraulic, networked systems. Some degree of fault finding, reporting of progress and defects will be expected using an extensive range of engineering and operational skills/methodology.

Once maintenance scope is completed craft will be returned to a operational state to the customer whilst another cycle kicks off.

The role will require a broad base of experience in the engineering, marine, and associated industries including the following:

Recognized technical qualification such as diploma relevant subject.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical/electrical system maintenance, operations and troubleshooting.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in pneumatic/hydraulic/marine disciplines

Medically fit to be deployed and work onboard a ship which will involve working in small spaces and lifting and moving equipment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
