About our group:Sputter Control Build Operation is a function that Service/Deliver Control Build Assemblies for sputter machines usage. It has fixed team employees running 12 hrs shift pattern. Each Team has one leader & several IDLS performing Controller Build Assemble disassemble/Cleaning/Reassemble/QA buy off/Delivery to line.About the role - you will:

• Perform sputter assembly rebuild according to procedures to support line operations
• Perform sputter assembly overhaul maintenance to prevent assembly premature failures
• Perform inventory check for all components used in sputter assembly
• Perform failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve assembly robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain quality
• Responsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedure
• Involving in projects with relevant parties

About you:

• A good team player with positive attitude and self-initiative
• Willing to work in a Cleanroom Environment
• Able and willing to work in Shift Type: 12-hour Shift

Your experience includes:

• Troubleshooting & failure analysis
• Rebuild & assembly compliance to procedures or standards
• Tracking of evaluations, failures, and phase-in
