We are a dynamic equipment maintenance team providing technical support and services to Media Process and Production. We worked in the world’s largest state-of-the-art magnetic media manufacturing environment with highly automated processes and advanced control systems. About the role - you will:
- Monitor production equipment performance
- Attend to production equipment unscheduled down, perform troubleshooting and repairs
- Perform routine equipment preventive maintenance
- Perform equipment product conversion
- Perform offline servicing of PM components and spares
- Perform equipment setup & upgrading activities
- Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective action for yield or quality issues and prepare the report
- Improve on equipment OEE, safety hazards reduction, and cost-saving projects
About you:
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude
- Team player with good problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment
- Willing to work on 12 hr shift pattern
Your experience includes:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in servicing manufacturing equipment and working in cleanroom will be an advantage
Location:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
