SUPERVISOR FOR E-WASTE INDUSTRY (WITH MECHANICAL ENGINEERING BACKGROUND

We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our e-Waste Supervisor. The Supervisor's responsibilities include reporting directly to the Manager and fulfilling duties as assigned.

To be successful as Supervisor, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Successful candidates will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job responsibilities typically include :

• Work closely with the Operations Manager for daily business operations and troubleshooting for E-Waste projects to meet deadlines.

• Weekly Shopfloor capacity study for production output.

• Monitoring and inspection of E-Waste equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.

• Undertaking relevant E-Waste research.

• Producing and implementing designs and test procedures.

• Presenting designs to Management.

• Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing E-Waste products.

• Writing reports and documentation.

• Providing technical advice to Operation Head.

• Analysing and interpreting data.

• Effective technical skills in E-Waste industry.

• Interpersonal skills is needed to handle problematic workers.

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Commercial awareness .

• Minimum requirement: Diploma in Mechncial Engineering.

• At least 3-5 years working experiences in E-Waste industry background.

• Certified with Forklift license is preferred and occupational first aid

• Hands-on attitude

• The ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking

• Able to work overtime and under non airconditional working environment

• Problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written

• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
