Job Description

The Electro-mechanical Technician assist and support the Electrical Engineer in projects as well as Maintainance & Improvement works for Production Plant Equiment as well as lightning & power installation in the factory.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine Maintenance & Improvement (M&I) for plant equipment, lightning and power installation.
• Carry out repair and improvement work as required.
• Calibrate, maintain and repair of pneumatic and electronic instruments.
• Carry out bench fitting jobs.
• Update schematic, single line diagrams as necessary.
• Update schematic, single line, Programmable logic controller programmes as necessary
• Ensure that all tools and test instruments are in good condition.
• Ensure smooth operation of plant equipments and carry out trouble-shooting related to equipments malfunction.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

What Will Make You Successful

• Proficient in workshop practice.
• Basic skill in the service and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic system.
• Proficiency in Welding Arc & Tig Welding is a bonus.
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering.
• Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams and write PLC programme.
• NTC-2 Electrical Installation + Servicing with 2-year experience.
