We are looking for interns to join us from December 2022/January 2023 onwards, for a 6-7 months commitment. Please indicate your availability, i.e duration and full-time/part-time in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

The successful candidates will be tasked to design and create tender proposals for competitive Bids/Pricing, and to work with relevant stakeholders to coordinate and continuously improve RFQ & Tender management processes.

What will you do?

• 
  Review Tender documents and drawing to generate Bill of materials
  
• 
  Support in compiling Tender Response Documentation and Provide administrative support to other teams as required
  
• 
  Use Estimation Tool to prepare the cost plan
• 
  Work with internal stake holders to validate the tender cost estimation
• 
  Support to prepare slide deck on cost and risk analysis for review
• 
  Support to prepare tender proposal for submission
• 
  Support to prepare document for handover of projects

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
• 
  Good analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
• 
  Good communication skills to be able to work with multiple stakeholders
