What the role is:The Product Manager cum Business Analyst will be part of the Product Enablement team in xCloud to ensure that the products meet the needs of Home Team Departments (HTDs) and are aligned to HTX\'s overall digital strategy. The xCloud division under the HTX Enterprise Group covers the delivery of cloud capabilities and related platforms, including cloud platforms, cloud security, enterprise products, services and applications. The role is expected to leverage and work closely with the engineering and product development teams within the Enterprise Group to deliver the xCloud Products, develop the product roadmap, and drive the adoption of the products across the HTDs. The role is also expected to setup trials/proof-of-concepts and partner with solution providers to evaluate the commercial products and capabilities and, map out the integration plans.What you will be working on:

• Define the Product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with the demands of HTDs \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with HTD stakeholders and drive the adoption of xCloud Products \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain the product requirements and documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to prioritize the requirements, develop, and iterate on the product features \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather feedback from customers and analyse the product performance metrics to incorporate improvements as product features in the next product iteration \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the needs of HTDs and explore emerging tools, technologies and techniques that can meet the needs or enhance the customer experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct trials/proof-of-concepts to assess the product feasibility and suitability for use across HTDs \xe2\x80\xa2 Institutionalise the processes and practices for the onboarding and use of the Products \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the various prevailing policies and security guidelines to ensure the products and processes comply with the policies and guidelines

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in product management and have worked in one or more aspects of digital product launch \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to rally cross-functional teams to execute against plans to meet objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate concepts, processes and market the products to targeted audiences (i.e. engineers, architects, management stakeholders) at varying levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong analytical and facilitation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible self-starter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Awareness and experience in at least one of the following areas (Cloud Services, Agile/Scrum methodology, Design Thinking) All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
