Manage all on-site plumbing and sanitary works for HDB projects.
Review designs, prepare method statements, and submit technical documents for HDB approval.
Ensure strict compliance with HDB codes, standards (CONQUAS/QM Mark), and safety regulations.
Liaise with HDB officers, main contractors, and consultants.
Schedule and facilitate HDB inspections and handle project documentation.
Monitor project progress, resources, and quality control.
Mandatory Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience, with proven track record on HDB projects.
In-depth knowledge of HDB procedures, standards, and submission requirements.
Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
