To assist Project Manager and his Project Management Team (comprising of Deputy Project Manager, Site Manager, Technical Leads) in managing project aspect on system design interface and site work, including delivery, installation and testing & commissioning
To provide a vital link between the Contractor’s design and construction teams and the Interfacing Contractors
To attend co-ordination meetings convened by Interfacing Contractors and LTA
Be responsible for co-ordinating all the site matters and liaise with system wide contractors for the interface requirements. To establish lines of communication regularly exchange and update information with all interfacing parties such as :
1) To obtain from the Interfacing Contractors information required to meet the submission dates
2) To provide all information to the Interfacing Contractors so as to allow them to carry out their design work
3) To provide all information reasonably required by the Interfacing Contractors
4) To resolve co-ordination problems on site promptly
Perform supervision for site work. To ensure safety documents and requirements are fulfilled before commencement of site works, e.g. Method Statements and Risk Assessment are available, PTW are submitted
Prepare site rolling programme & schedule with project team
To carry out site installation, system interface and integrated tests
Preparing of project documents
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized local polytechnic
Ability to work as a team, lead and supervise the contractors
Carrying out project works at night/weekend including standby duties may be required
