Work on the continuous development, improvement and maintenance of log-in & account system, including both Garena Open Platform and third party platforms authentication
Work on the continuous improvement, maintenance and new payment channel integration into the payment system, including both topup from Garena payment website and in-game top up
Contribute to system design and architecture improvement for higher stability, performance and reliability of our products
Collaborate with other software engineers, product managers and QA engineers to ensure the functionality and seamless user experience
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related science/tech field.
At least 1-3 years of working experience as a Back End Engineer from Internet/Technology industry is preferred; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Proficient in the following languages and practice on a regular basis: Go, Python, SQL; Knowledge and experience in Docker and/or Kubernetes (k8s) is preferrable.
Familiar with HTTP protocol, performance tuning of Web Server, massive concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms.
Understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms is preferred
Experienced in designing and developing large-scale, high-throughput systems is preferred
Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
Have an open-minded, agile and proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn
Have good team communication and collaboration skills.
Have good responsibility and accountability in delivering quality work on time.
