Julian Grey\'s client is a Singapore based solution provider for high quality IT security products to value add to their MNC clients & channel partners and has been in the market for 25 years. With a team of more than 200 highly experienced professionals, the company is looking for individuals who are passionate about the IT security industry to join their rapidly expanding team.

Location: Tampines (Shuttle bus provided to and from Tampines MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Responsibilities

Contribute to the project by providing project deliverables & achieving project milestones.

Execute hardware and software installation for a comprehensive turnkey solution.

Create and implement the Statement of Work (SOW).

Collaborate with external parties and customers to resolve problems

Engage in System Acceptance Test alongside external vendors and customers

Identify and resolve issues through troubleshooting and debugging

Create and update technical and configuration documentation

Document and elucidate network topologies and diagrams

Compile standard documents, such as Statement of Work (SOW), system handover documentation, and inventory records

The Ideal Candidate

Proficient in the Linux domain, specifically Centos and Suse.

Proficient in Networking (Dell, Cisco), Firewall (Fortinet) & Fiber-Optic transmission devices.

Knowledge of Big Data technologies on Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, Elastic Search, preferably with experience in implementation & system maintenance.

Previous exposure to Virtualization is beneficial.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent
