Roles & Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement daily and weekly lesson plans based on our curriculum, ensuring a balanced approach to learning.
• Create stimulating learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.

Child Supervision & Safety:

• Monitor the children\'s interactions, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain an understanding of children\'s medical and dietary needs.

Parental Communication:

• Foster open communication with parents, sharing daily updates, milestones, and areas for development.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide periodic progress reports.

Classroom Management:

• Organize and maintain a clean and tidy classroom that caters to children\'s safety and their educational needs.
• Effectively manage children\'s behavior using positive disciplinary techniques.

Continuous Development & Collaboration:

• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and dynamic learning environment.
