Roles & Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning & Execution
Develop and implement daily and weekly lesson plans based on our curriculum, ensuring a balanced approach to learning.
Create stimulating learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.
Child Supervision & Safety
Monitor the children's interactions, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain an understanding of children's medical and dietary needs.
Parental Communication
Foster open communication with parents, sharing daily updates, milestones, and areas for development.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide periodic progress reports.
Classroom Management
Organize and maintain a clean and tidy classroom that caters to children's safety and their educational needs.
Effectively manage children's behavior using positive disciplinary techniques.
Continuous Development & Collaboration
Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and dynamic learning environment.
