Job Summary The position is part of the TRBC pastoral team called to shepherd and lead the EC congregation. The person will execute the duties of spiritual leadership, shepherding, evangelism, counseling, and administration of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord\xe2\x80\x99s Supper. Duties include conducting pre-marital classes, officiating weddings, and funerals; counseling married couples, and moderating congregational meetings. Others: recruitment, development, training, deployment, and discipline of erring members. \xc2\xb7 To lead the congregation to align with TRBC\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission to live holy lives and faithful witnesses as a disciple. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate and plan the worship services for Sunday. \xc2\xb7 To preach from the pulpit on Sunday across the various services. \xc2\xb7 To promote mission and disciple members to be disciple-makers. \xc2\xb7 To minister to members through visitation, cell groups, and various fellowship groups \xc2\xb7 To teach Sunday School when able. \xc2\xb7 To follow up with new believers. \xc2\xb7 To develop leaders for ministry. \xc2\xb7 To care for members\xe2\x80\x99 spiritual needs. As a member of the pastoral team, the person will be assigned by the senior pastor to serve in one or more of its church-wide ministries. \xc2\xb7 To participate and lead church-wide ministries including missions and kindergarten outreach.
