Our client, a leading provider of educational books, is seeking a meticulous and experienced English Editor with a strong background in teaching at the primary or secondary level. This role involves editing and developing English educational materials that meet curriculum standards and support effective learning for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and proofread English educational content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Review and enhance grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and language usage in manuscripts. Ensure content aligns with the latest MOE syllabus and educational objectives. Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and design teams to produce high-quality learning materials. Assist in content development and curriculum planning where necessary. Perform quality checks on final materials before publication.

Job Requirements:

Former primary or secondary school English teacher with strong familiarity with local curriculum standards. Experience in editing or writing educational materials is highly preferred. Strong understanding of pedagogy and effective learning design. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
