Assist the Executive Producer in planning, coordinating during the pre-production, production and post-production.
Plan and organize the work schedule efficiently. Able to react swiftly to unforeseen schedule changes.
Arrange meetings with relevant departments (internal and external) and gather information for budget planning.
Prepare and manage tender processes to facilitate smooth production of project.
Make reservations for facilities and resources (editing, filming crew, transport, extras, Audio Post, studios etc) needed for production.
Assist Producer and Assistant Producer for location filming by coordinating facilities, talents booking, location permits and keeping tracks of production schedules and budget.
Liaise with sponsors, service providers and vendors for products and/or services required in production.
Arrange meeting with Airtime Sales / Network Programming to discuss on potential client that are interested to sponsor the programme with incidental exposures.
Assist Assistant Producer on their line-ups, rundowns, location requisition and ensure they submit it on time for filming.
Arrange post mortem meeting and submit report after meeting.
To prepare and execute administrative and budget processes promptly.
Qualifications:
At least Diploma or Certificate in TV Communication, TV Production or Project Management.
Minimum 2 years of production experience.
Keen interest in TV Productions. Good knowledge of sports will be advantageous.
Familiar with internal sports productions and processes will be advantageous.
Good knowledge of studio production, field and production management.
Possess good organisational skills.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under stress.
A good team player and adaptable to changes.
