Positions: English Language Instructors for International CollegeLapulapu-Cebu International College Inc. Job Type: Full-time and Part-timeLapu-lapu Cebu International College (LCIC) is a newly-opened educational facility located in Bankal, Lapu-Lapu City that caters to local and international students.We are looking for English language instructors to assist us in our endeavor to provide quality language education to international students from Asia. The language instructor will also be required to contribute to the creation and systematic evaluation of English language curricula.Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in English, Linguistics or TESOL is preferred

• A Bachelor's degree in teaching English, Linguistics or related field is a must

• At least 2 years English full-time teaching experience in the tertiary level

• Must have excellent organizational and English communication skills

• Trainer's Methodology I (TM I) certificate is an advantage

• Proficient in all Microsoft applications and in using technology in the classroom

• Knowledge about CEFR curriculum is an advantage

• Experience teaching students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds

Roles:

• Design and conduct CEFR-based English lessons and materials

• Manage classroom effectively and assess student's progress

• Motivate and engage students to use English confidently in class

• Actively participate in faculty skills development and improvement

• Be flexible to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a start-up college

• Be a team player and able to bring a can-do attitude at work

Compensation Package:

• Competitive salary ranging from Php 26,000 depending on qualifications

• A 90-minute lesson plan for CEFR A2 level learners on a topic of your choice

The plan should include lesson goals & objectives, activity details, activity purpose, and approximate timingsIf shortlisted, the candidate is invited for an interview and a demo-teaching of the 90-minute lesson plan prepared.Candidates should be able to start in August 2022.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: From Php26,000.00 per monthBenefits:
