• 5 days, Wed-Sunday (Off on Mon & Tue) * Wed-Fri: 11am to 8pm (1 hour break), Sat and Sun: 9am to 8pm (2 hours break) * Location: Tampines * Salary: $2000 - $2300 during training period of 5 days, Wed-Sunday (Off on Mon & Tue) Wed-Fri: 11am to 8pm (1 hour break), Sat and Sun: 9am to 8pm (2 hours break) Location: Tampines Salary: $2000 - $2300 during training period of 3 months, upon confirmation, increment to $2300 - $2700 excluding quarterly bonus of half a month for every quarter target hit Responsibilities: Deliver online, on-site and off-site lessons according to lesson plans Ensure that all students meet learning objectives as set in lesson plans Prepare lesson materials, props and activities Prepare and curate lesson plans for offline and online, on-site and off-site lessons and workshops Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans Determine and update parents on progress reports verbally and online Provide feedback based on students' progress and classroom behaviour Keep a record of students' attendance and progress through updating the School Management System (SMS) Research and keep up to date on new language teaching methods Research, co-develop and curate learning materials suitable for students with the objective of guiding them towards improvement in their level of English literacy Proactively conduct assessments while ensuring that conversion rates meet outlet's minimum rate of 70%. Ensure that students learn in a positive, nurturing and conducive environment Work with other outlet team members to growth enrolment, retain students and prevent attrition Participate in creating, organizing and preparing for thematic workshops for young families. Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a positive student-teacher and parent teacher experience Contribute towards SoC's social impact vision and mission Create, curate and contribute to lesson content, reading materials and digital content suitable for children under 12 years old. Grow student pool size to hit individual target and outlet target enrollment Requirements: Min.
