What We're Looking For

?

At least 3 years of experience

teaching English, preferably for IB & JC students.


? Strong understanding of

literary analysis, academic writing, and critical reading

.


? Ability to

engage and motivate

students with dynamic teaching techniques.


?

Bachelor's degree minimum

(Master's or Ph.D. in English, Linguistics, or Education preferred).


? Excellent

communication, problem-solving, and time-management

skills.


? Willingness to

work flexible hours

, including evenings, weekends, public holidays during peak periods.

Your Role at HTELite

Personalized Teaching

- Tailor lessons to fit each student's learning style and academic needs.

Curriculum Development

- Design engaging and structured lesson plans.

Student Progress Tracking

- Provide constructive feedback and track improvements.

Interactive Learning

- Foster an engaging classroom experience through discussions and activities.

Mentorship & Guidance

- Support students in building confidence and mastering English.

Problem-Solving

- Identify learning obstacles and provide targeted solutions.

Collaborative Teamwork

Work Schedule

Workweek

: 5 or 6 days (depending on availability).

Hours

: 09:00 - 20:00 (schedule may vary during school breaks).
