Teamwork Job description The ideal candidate has a background of at least 3 years in the education field, prior knowledge of the British and American curriculum would be a major advantage. Perseverance, dedication and flexibility are must. Requirements: . You need to be able to adapt your teaching methodologies when necessary . Being able to engage and motivate students . Being proactive showing initiative . Punctuality . Good time management skills . Excellent communication skills . Good problem-solving skills . Minimum a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience, Master and PHD degree in Linguistic related field will add advantage. . Understanding the concept' of tuition centers, this is an education -yet service-oriented industry , each student is treated as an individual , and not a number '. . Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods. ..Important note: .. We are only looking for full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 4,000 SGD to 6,000 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications. Duties: . Preparing lessons plans, and tailor the lessons to students' needs . Providing (written) feedback on student progress . Developing curriculum materials . Identifying learning obstacles . Supervising students during peak hours . Other ad hoc tasks Work schedule . The work schedule is five or six days a week depending on candidate's availability. . 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. (Lunch and dinner break arranged in accordance with your schedule) . Note that the schedule is subject to change during school breaks and on public holidays.
