The successful incumbent can look forward to being part of the highly committed & fun-loving teaching team in their journey to uphold the high-quality early learning environment for our young learners.
Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy of the centre
Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child
Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning
Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
Skills and Knowledge Required: Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
Certified by ECDA at L2 category
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High tolerance level towards children is an advantage
Able to work well independently as well as within a team
