• Lead centre\'s team to achieve centre\'s sales target.
• Responsible for ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to SOP, delivering service of exceptional quality.
• Building and managing strong relationships with customers, making sure that our valuable customers are taken care of and have their needs met.
• Accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in your centre. You will also ensure that safety protocols are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline with Min. 2 years\' experience in the industry management experience.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• A passion for education and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Results-oriented mindset.
