• Collaborate with major stakeholders to formulate strategic plans and lead the team in executing high-quality work to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee the iteration, upgrade, and expansion of the group\'s products to enhance Company\'s brand position and competitive advantage.
• Manage operations for all Centers, improve operational efficiency, coordinate market expansion and enrollment efforts, and promote continuous growth in student numbers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher, with a minimum 5 years of experience in business and management in the education and training sector.
• Possess strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with an emphasis on market sales, team management, and operational capabilities in business.
