Enrichment / Club Instructor (Robotics / Debate / Scouts / Adventure / IT / Cultural Clubs)

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Enrichment & Club Instructors to support schools' Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs). The role involves conducting structured weekly sessions, guiding students in projects and competitions, and fostering critical thinking, creativity, and leadership through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly CCA training sessions in the relevant area (e.g., Robotics, Debate, Scouts, Adventure, IT, Cultural). Design lesson plans and hands-on activities aligned with MOE's CCA objectives. Mentor students to participate in school-level and national-level competitions. Instill teamwork, discipline, problem-solving, and innovation among students. Collaborate with the teacher-in-charge on attendance, logistics, and reporting.
Requirements
Strong expertise in the relevant field (e.g., Robotics programming, Debate, Outdoor Leadership, IT, etc.). Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring youths preferred. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and motivate students in group settings. * Creative, adaptable, and able to plan interactive sessions.
