Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Promptly disseminate accurate information regarding our programmes and services
Disseminate information promptly to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to provide clear and helpful guidance
Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department and centre
Manage payment collection, invoicing, and fee tracking for enrichment programmes
Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, payments, and outstanding fees
Organise logistics for local and national competitions with the internal department
Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
Job Requirements:
Able to commit to weekends for Enrichment support / training for Competitions
Proficient in spoken and written
English and Mandarin
(required to liaise with Chinese Enrichment stakeholders and parents)
Enjoy working with children and in a child-focused environment
Prior experience in
customer service
or
administration
is preferred
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
Proactive, dependable, and confident in handling parent interactions and resolving issues
