Participate in action plan for the unit to enhance employee engagement and maximize employee performance. Provide individualized patient-focused care, including basic nursing care. Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve and follow through quality or service issues. Requirements National ITE Certificate in Nursing or equivalent and recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board. Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board is preferred. Continuous acute clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse preferred
