Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to the residents in the nursing home
Ensure residents' safety and comfort
Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of patients
Responsible for medication administration
Work closely and collaborate with allied health professionals on residents' wellbeing
Ensure patients' comfort and safety
Educating and providing advise to residents
Requirements:
Possesses at least a Nitec in Nursing
Registered nurse with SNB
Able to work day and night shift
