:Primary Responsibilities and Duties * a) Perform admission assessment for new and current clients
b) Monitor Vital Signs (manual or with devices)
- BP and pulse, respiration and blood glucose monitoring- Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for care within scope of practice and level of competence.- Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for delegated care within scope of practice and level of competence.- Support, collaborate and co-operate with team members and other healthcare professionals. * c) Nursing Procedure:- Insert & remove nasogastric tube- Perform female adult urinary catheterization- Change of colostomy/stoma bag- Perform oro-pharyngeal, naso-pharyngeal and tracheal suctioning- Serve pre-packed individualised oral medications according to organisation\'s policies and procedures- Perform wound dressingSecondary Responsibilities and Duties- Participates in continuing professional development activities to maintain competency in areas of practice- Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and research process- Supervise and guide nursing students, new joiners, graduated enrolled nurses and junior staff in their work- Performs any other additional duties as assigned by Nurse Management TeamQualifications:- Recognised Enrolled Nurse Certificate or equivalent as approved by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)- At least 2 years working experience in acute setting- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Compassionate, positive and caring natureOther Information:- Must be keen to travelWorking HoursMon Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pmFri: 8.30am to 5.30pmAbout Us:THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011.
