Responsibilities

: " Perform nursing procedures and carry out treatment independently Assist in activities and rehabilitation programmes Evaluate nursing care by monitoring and performing concise recording of observations and vital signs Institute and maintain safe precautionary measures 5 days work week, No-rotating shift required. Support Centre Manager in the coordination of care of clients Communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationship with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK) and caregivers on self-care management Attend to clients medical emergencies Support clinical supervision of support care staff and coaching of nursing students in the delivery of care at the centre Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and centre manager in carrying out quality improvement activities Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required Job Requirements National Institute of Technical Education Certificate (NITEC) in Nursing or equivalent Valid practising certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board Minimum 2 years of working experience Valid BCLS certification ", "identifier":{ "@type": "PropertyValue", "name":"St Luke's Eldercare Ltd.", "value": "*******" }, "datePosted": "2022-08-03", "validThrough": "2022-09-02", "url": "********************", "employmentType" : "FULL_TIME",
